Coppa Sous Chef Erik & senior line cook Joe have been sharing their creativity and inspiration with the staff during family meals over the last several years.
On Wednesday, January 27th from 4pm until 9pm, we will have a special menu in addition to our current menu highlighting some of their favorite dishes inspired by the flavors and ingredients of traditional Mexcian cuisine.
