Starting in April, gluten-free night will be a monthly event at Coppa! On the first Wednesday of every month, we will clean our kitchen top to bottom and only prepare gluten-free food. We offer gluten-free version of all of our Coppa classics, plus some specials like garlic knots! For this month, we will partnering with JAMBS Gluten-Free Kitchen to offer his speciality GF pizza for in-house diners.

Reservations for gluten-free night can be made on Resy starting Saturday, March 12 at 12PM EST.
