On the first Wednesday of every month, we will clean our kitchen top to bottom and only prepare gluten-free food. We offer gluten-free version of all of our Coppa classics, plus some specials like garlic knots! For this month, we will partnering with JAMBS Gluten-Free Kitchen to offer his speciality GF pizza for in-house diners.
